Modular Buildings are one of the many large types of building that we can provide; they are linkable, stackable either 2 or 3 storey and can be designed to your specification and corporate identity.

All of the new modular buildings will conform to the current Building regulations and are design to a high standard.

As with all of our products they can have a range of external finish, Textured, Plastisol Steel, Brick Slips, Cedar Panel or a combination of both, with shop front glazing or standard windows.

Internally the buildings again are of a high standard with Plasterboard being the standard internal wall & ceiling finish. Flooring can be vinyl, carpet, laminate or you can specify other options you may prefer.

We can supply a range of portable buildings in Modular or Skid Mounted in all different sizes ranging from 12' x 9' to 48' x 13' (3.6 x 2.6m to 14.4 x 3.6m) and specification from a standard construction portable building cabin to a high specification sales centre portable building, or work with you to your specification.

Portable buildings & cabins are ideal for moving on at the end of a project as they can all be lifted with a HIAB vehicle or Crane.

The main external finish for portable buildings that we supply are in either Plastisol Steel or Textured, but we can also supply a range of other external finish if you need something specific such as brick slips and pitched roofs.

If you have a need for something such as a sales centre then spot lights, Air conditioning, internal corporate colour scheme, carpet and a range of extras can also be supplied to make it unique to you.
